Membership Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Membership Terms

By joining Fitness Forge Gym, you agree to abide by our gym rules and regulations. Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered individual.

2. Health Disclaimer

You must ensure you are physically fit to participate in strenuous activities. Fitness Forge Gym is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises unless resulting directly from our negligence. We recommend consulting a physician before starting any new exercise program.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

All membership fees are final. We do not offer refunds on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual memberships once the payment is processed. If you wish to cancel an auto-renewing subscription or stop training, you may do so at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Gym Etiquette

Members are expected to re-rack weights, wipe down machines after use, and maintain a respectful environment for all other members and staff.
